To get registered and join the team, complete all of the following information and submit your deposit.

Registration Fees:

-  Initial Deposit = $100 

    *  due at registration  (follow payment link at end of form to pay)

-  Total Registration Fee = $500 per player

    *  due before first practice (July 28, 2026)

    *  Initial Deposit is deducted from player's total for a balance of $450

-  Available Discounts

    *  $100 discount for siblings (playing in the same season)

    *  $50 discount if registered and Initial Deposit paid before 5/31/2026

    *  $100 discount if registered and Total Registration Fee paid before 5/31/2026
